- they insert a needle in your arm
- they dont pay enough, or dont pay at all
- rich people dont do that (if not for instagram popularity)
- you take some days to refill the blood lost
- you feel weaker if you donate blood
- some people get headache when they see blood, maybe you will faint
- no nurse will blowjob your dick while you get extracted the blood
- no amazon promo codes and discounts, you do it for free. Who does that?

Payment should definitely be openly allowed for donating blood to make more people donate, however they can give gift cards which have pretty good value like $25 Amazon cards for 1-2 hours of donation. I do like the feeling after donating and it would be fun to do sex or masturbation during donation but they don't do that in the donation centers.
