Appoint a mod

@upyr seems like a decent guy and to be around a lot, so maybe appoint him as a mod to help get rid of spam and whatnot.

If i appoint a mod said mod will not be able to see ip adresses.

I might do that.

But i dont want the mod to be able to delete posts i have approved.

With the current setup mods can soft-delete any post but they cannot ban anyone from the forum or see ip adresses.

So a mod could temporarily make this forum unreadable for until the admin is able to intervene and undelete the posts.
