I do and it increased my workout performance.

140 kg leg presses were my limit now its 230. 60kg weights now 90kg

It also fixed my joints clicking it feels real smooth now.

Have been taking it for almost 2 months now. Its basicly fish oil concentrated.

no i dont take any dietary supplements.

I believe in eating a diet that gives you all nutrients you need without relying on supplements.
