The order in which you play the colors is the same as the final 6 colors in snooker (yellow, green, brown, pink, black) if the number of balls of each color is the same. For example you play for yellow here:
Not that the starting area shown here only affects the first shot, the goal is to prevent it from being significantly advantageous or disadvantageous to play first.
For every shot you play for a color determined by the number of balls of each color, if the number of balls of two colors is the same you play them in the same order as snooker, otherwise you always play for the most numerous color.
Example
Let's say you have the following number of balls of each color
4 black
3 pink
4 blue
1 brown
2 green
1 yellow
Then of course you are playing for blue and after that you are playing for black. If you potted 2 blue balls after that 1 black ball it's pink color after that followed by black and green.
