We see the same thing with 'mens rights activists' where they merely opposes the lattest excesses of feminists and largely on issues that do not actually affect males much.

A prominent MRA once said that if they were really fighting for what was in the interest of men they would get teen girls as wives but they are not fighting for that, they just want equality.
