Smooth skin, reversal of hair-loss, etc.

Main thing missing is the ability to get pregnant and give birth.

Also this depends on the physical features you have when you start, for you it might be too late to pass and then transitioning is a lot less appealing obviously.

HRT is cope. hardly any one faps to MtF people. it's like when someone wants a Japanese toilet with a bidet but all he gets is a battery powered squirt gun bidet from amazon.
