what is true what is false.
what is reliable and what is not.

is it a filter? how does it work?
why do some ppl accept a certain religion, and why do some go atheist?

think about it.
there is actually absolutely nothing you know with 100%
can you disprove you are a character inside a video game?

your input is electric pulses fed via eyes ears and such, do you really have a body? are you a brain inside a jar connected to a system that feeds you data?

and yet ppl form different views.

what is the filter than?

This has been studies a lot.

Things like "social proof" have a big impact. If a lot of other people do something normies will think they should do the same even if it's clearly a bad idea (such as volunteering for some war).

Having some authority figure recommend something is going to have a lot of sway for normies.

Of course some humans are better at looking at what the actual evidence shows but these people are the minority.

it accepts info stocking it into deeper parts... Accepts my rudimentary explanation as I am not a neuroscientist.

Human brain reduces all to "proteins". Everything is just "proteins". All human brains cares about is to locate resources, grab. Thats it.

If one is able to connect a set of stimuli received from sensory systems of the human body to "proteins", he will accept info. If not, then info will be received, maybe stored, but will not enter in circulation and will not show effects.

Some say with hypnosis you can stock info that will be acted upon in the human, I doubt that hypnosis can make you do something that goes against what I said previously.

seems like an off topic answer.
why do some people believe CNN while others rely on infowars for the truth?

why cnn and not infowars... I think for relatability factors and similarity in class and spoken lingo... some people are attracted by alex jones style of speech an he signals hard for targeting a class of people, and CNN instead signals to be viewed by others of a different social strata...

for example, why alexandria ocasio cortez always appears in public news with apple logos, either shes wearing an apple logo or theres an apple computer turned in front of the camera... marketing? payed by apple? yes, could be, lets not exclude the possibility... what I think it is instead is a class signal... alexandria wants to represent people who work in an office and study "media and communication sciences" or other fields for web economy or adobe "creatives" or similar... so they "trust" her because she shows she can communicate with them... something like that.

I mean, my previous answer was decent, I even talked about how the brain only sees proteins and everything is just proteins for the brain. Why wasnt good?

I think the solution to this puzzle is mentality mode.
a mode can be trusty and gullible and it can flip to suspicious mode, due to damage or desperation or even the passing of time.
