It was a friendly discussion and i did hold back, He wasn't really unwilling to challenge me on any of the controversial aspects of vintologi and he claimed it was becuase he didn't want to be rude when in reality he simply couldn't refute it even if he tried. If he wants to challenge me it's probably better to do it in text form, people have tried that but of course that ended in failure (in rare occasions minor flaws was discovered).

People coping with not reproducing
We did to into the fact that there isn't any proper alternative to biological reproduction, none of the proposed alternatives to it are viable.

Some may object with "i reproduce culturally" ignoring the fact that cultural progress require a biological foundation, this is why it's currently difficult to grow vintologi, humans are generally not ready for it now.

"reward hacking" may work for a while but it's better to simply go along with your biological imparative and reproduce than trying to cheat it.

About the weak aspects of vintologi
Me being uncomfortable with some of the conclusions is mostly due to social pressure rather than weaknesses in the reasoning, the most likely explanation for why i cannot find any flaw in the reasoning is that there simply isn't any to be found.

Many past weaknesses such as writings regarding consciousness has since been fixed. What usually happens when i have doubts and examine something in vintologi is that i do not find any error in my reasoning and i also found new reasons for why the conclusion is correct.

Vintologi is currently weak regarding the life improvement things like diet, exercise, dating, etc. More research is needed to improve these sections, some of it is likely to turn out false.

Regarding the psychopathy accusation
Vintologi is not a nihilistic religion, we do not state you should just ignore societal problems and focus on 'improving' (whatever that means) your own life. We do however realize that some things simply cannot be avoided and thus even if you view it as bad you still cannot really eliminate it or the price for eliminating it would simply be too high.

There are a lot of really bad abuse in our current society but people just ignore that but complain about the brutal aspects of vintologi. Vintologi is not an utopian religion where we believe we will all live in peace, we are just being honest about what measures are required.

What do you think about lying? Have you read Sam Harris' book on that?

You need to lie in certain situations to protect yourself. There are simply too many people with fragile egos that might take it out on you if you challange their flawed worlview. This is important if you find yourself in a situation where someone have significant power over you (such as psych-evaluation).

Sam Harris claimed that you needed to keep track of your lies (who you told what) but you actually do not have to do that
0. You can just be consistent and tell the same lie to everyone.
1. People will generally not remember what you told them.
2. people are not good at spotting clear contradictions and often they can just be gaslighted into believing you anyway.
