I can see it when I am at work.
I imagine my coworkers as giant chickens. The imagination stops there. There is a lady that despite having every disease known to man, is weak as fuck, and fat, is very high in the pecking order.
Why? Her personality is explosive. She also gives training to everyone that joins the production department and has the new guys defending her it's basically her army. She also is lazy, making the new guys do her favors.
Its crazy how by just being loud you can have people do favors for you, and not mess with you
