While there are a bunch of mass-shooters who have gotten attention to their manifesto generally said manifesto has very little actual impact.

Them having killed loads of people will make people in general not want to listen to what they have to say but typically these manifestos have nothing original to say to begin with. It's typically just how they got indoctrinated by some online propaganda.

I have not spent a single day in jail but still the transmaxxing manifesto went viral because the manifesto itself has a lot of merit to it and people like to share it around.

Regarding the unabomber manifesto
It is of much higher quality than the typical manifesto by a mass-shooter but Ted Kaczynski also happened to be very high iq.

But what i noticed with his manifesto was that he had very little in terms of actual solutions to anything. He had no actual workable vision for the future.

I also think his manifesto would have gotten a bigger impact had he focused on legal activism and also focused on making the actual manifesto good.

saying its the result of online propaganda is like saying video games cause crime and violence.

Ted's solution was to convince people to reject tech as much as they can. which had no effect on them.
ppl who read his manifesto were like, yeah being outdoors offgriding would be nice, but I'm too lazy to set it up and
my appliances are at home.

there is actually an anime called dr stone discussing this in its 1st season.
