After I wake up, I am always angry and I fantasize the most about doing bad things. I can’t stop my thinking until I start doing productive activities to distract me.
Yesterday I was paranoid, because I have read about targeted individuals and conspiracy theories on brainwaves and radio frequencies. So I imagined a situation where waves are interrupting my normal brain functioning, forcing me to create suggestions and antisocial thoughts.
This is probably one of my usual paranoid fantasies. How can I stop my bad thoughts and be more productive in the morning?
