I had the same problem with the transmaxxing subreddit, becuase of the associations with the incel thing it never really took off. Very few people are willing to pay the social cost that comes with being associated with incels.
You can still appeal to the incel demographics, traaNSFW does that well by writing about how amazing sex they have as trans girls, FiC should try the same thing and hide his past.

It was cool before it became lame. Basically it peaked in 2017/2018. Kinda like me, now that I think about it.
It was kinda inevitable too that the incelosphere would be taken over by young guys who had never had sex, had no idea how to get sex, and therefore assumed it was never gonna happen any time in their 7-8 decades of life on this earth. They don't figure they'll get approached by a chick at some point, or that one day they'll get flirty with a chick and it'll finally pay off.

The main reason ZP failed was actually the affiliation with pedophilia, not inceldom. Yes, I myself think it's hypocritical that any downtrodden group shits on a different group of rejects but it is what it is.
Usually there's this mistaken idea that if you can show some last remnant of virtue, society might be more accepting, even though that does not happen. So they will be like "at least we are against pedos, we aren't THAT bad."
Maybe a pedo forum might do the exact opposite and say, OK we are bad for liking little girls but there is worse, people who *cough* fuck animals *cough* Eww gross, we are at least a bit normal."
