There's a case in Virginia where a chick is being charged with revenge porn because she reported that someone was sending nudes on company time, and she provided the nudes as evidence to back up her accusation.
The whole point of revenge porn laws is that chicks like to be able to give nudes to guys they want to flirt with or have a long distance relationship with, or do online dating with or whatever, but they don't want those nudes being given to others or used against them in any way.
What's the point? Is there anything wrong with sending nudes? Is it immoral or socially unacceptable, or is it just a normal part of dating in 2020? If it's normal, then why are they ashamed?
I guess the theory, "Well, there's nothing wrong with it, but some backwards people might stigmatize it, causing consequences for the person whose nudes they are." So, for example, because having your nudes out there is viewed as unprofessional, it might cause you to not get a job.
Who knows, maybe even if a chick has a nice body, and other chicks see that, they might deny her a job on that basis, just because of envy, and the fact that they would they could play the slut like that. I dunno.
Or maybe some chicks are insecure about their bodies and feel ashamed if others see it, but that's kinda silly. What, are they worried Chad will judge them? Chad probably already judged them when he saw them clothed.
I guess part of what it is, is that girls want the guy they share nudes with to feel special, yet actually maybe they go around sharing nudes with a lot of guys, so he really isn't all that special. Also, if guy X becomes aware she gave more favors to guy Y (e.g. gave him more/better nudes), he might expect the same favors, which could be inconvenient if she just wants to use that guy as a betabuxx or something, or if she told him, "I'm not that kind of girl."
Anyway, it's all just kinda silly. If we're going to say that chicks have a right to be as slutty as they want, then it's dumb to say, "But they should be punished for sharing nudes" which is what a lot of the slut-shamers want to do. If you're going to be a slut-shamer, then you should actually have the balls to say that women should be married off at a young age and forced into sexual slavery to their husbands, because that's the only way to keep sluttiness under control. Otherwise, you're just being passive-aggressive.
If workplaces are going to discriminate against women whose nudes are out there, then they should also discriminate against women who cohabit with men outside of marriage, or live alone and get banged by a series of men. It's all just virtue signalling; they don't want a KNOWN and OBVIOUS slut on their payroll. But to whom are they even virtue signalling, at this point? Who is even going to judge?
