If individual Jews were allowed to own whites as chattel, they would breed them, the same way that individual whites used to breed black slaves. But because such ownership is not allowed (except in the case, maybe, of the eastern European sex slaves held captive in Israel), they just allow the population to die out, as though we were fish or other animals being overhunted.

The fertility rate is low becuase females are not being forced/incentivized to breed, instead they are incentivized not to in the US.

I dont think the Kock brothers were Jewish.

Maybe the fertility rate would be higher if there actually was totalitarian Jewish control, jews taking over for real would be an improvement.

That doesn't really work too well, though. France has the ultimate in maternity leave and their fertility rate is still below 2.1. Sweden's is even lower. It looks good in comparison to Germany's, but that's all that can really be said for it.

With economic incentives we might be able to get slightly above replacement level, to go above that we need baby quotas or forced impregnations.
