One theory is that they are more likely to want to cook for you, and they're not just vacuous whores like American chicks who spend all their time on their cell phone.
Actually, Filipinas don't know how to bake anything at all; they don't really have a lot of ovens in the Philippines, so she'll be frying the fuck out of everything, and also cooking a lot of weird shit that Americans would never want to eat. You'll pretty much have to teach her how to make a spaghetti or whatever else you like to eat. But, at any rate, Filipinas are as fond as any other kind of chick of eating out at restaurants and places like 7-Eleven where they sell food that's ready to eat. My Filipina wife would probably not have minded eating that 7-Eleven chicken every single day, kinda like how my Italian/Irish, or Jewish, or whatever the fuck she was, first wife wouldn't have minded eating 7-Eleven pizza every day. The closest place to get some hot food from where we lived was the 7-Eleven five miles down the road, so that was where they wanted to go.
The average Filipina also has several Facebook accounts, and is not really gonna be into your American or even weeb culture, just because she's "Asian" and supposedly worships all things American. Well -- actually it's kinda nuanced; for example, they love American horror films, but that doesn't mean she's gonna wanna watch, say, some anime, or a dramedy, or a crime drama, or whatever. Like other Facebookers, they tend to kinda focus on the superficial, which means that their appreciation of our culture tends to focus on what's the lowest common denominator, suitable for being understood and liked by the masses. They're not hipster at all.
Theoretically, Filipinas can save you money by being thrifty; yet at the same time, they wanna go on expensive trips to the Philippines and also send money home, since they pretty much always have some relative in the hospital or whatever. Plus you have to deal with the expenses of, and wait involved in, their visa journey and whatnot. Plus you have to marry them; that has its potential downsides too, because it's not like they're ignorant of the availability of divorce if they want to get rid of you at some point. In fact, it's one of the reasons they wanna come to the U.S.; they worry about getting cheated on or otherwise mistreated by a husband and wanting to leave him but being unable to because the Philippines doesn't allow divorce.

Anyway, as for their other traits, they're pretty susceptible to falling into the standard basic bitch pattern of behavior, especially as they get older and have opportunity to live a more Americanized kind of life where they get fucked by Chad and whatnot, because their dad has given them the opportunity to go to school and so on.
