The New Zealand prison system has an address you can write to for information: https://www.corrections.govt.nz/working_with_offenders/prison_sentences/staying_connected_with_friends_and_family/locating_a_prisoner

But, it seems like his contact info should already be out there; I know channers have written to BT, for instance, so they figured out how to reach him.

As for the Norwegian prison system, I didn't see a link to that info anywhere. http://www.kriminalomsorgen.no/

Same principle, though; I know I wouldn't be the first person to go looking for that info, and someone has it somewhere.
