Something i noticed among neonazis is that they often downplay things like eye and hair color even though those traits very much matter. Intelligence (which neonazis tend to lack) is far from the only thing of importance.
Having a visually appealing population is absolutely important. You want to see beautiful people when you go outside and not ugly fatties. It's the interest of society to promote health and beauty. It's not in the interest of society to accept morbid obesity or having a lot of people simply being ugly.
Some eye colors are obviously more beautiful than others and that alone if of significant value. Here of course my personal preferences is of the highest importance.
