how good was towncel actually ?

I actually used his technic to get into forums I've been banned from.
if they don't have email verification, I can in theory make loads of alts with ease. a shit ton.
which makes you technically immune to bans, each ban you simply use a new alt.

can such a site do anything to stop a towncel really ? does tor generate a new IP with each session ?
if you cant ip ban him.

towncels only attack however was a small barrage of shitposting.
if said forum were to use rankings and groups that would also slow him down but not that much.

There is no email verification for this site but towncel still failed utterly when he tried to spam this forum.

Btw: for this forum IP info is only stored for a day.

Keeping a forum spam-free isn't hard.

Not sure if i should disclose how the anti-spam system works.

Doing things like censoring words that ONLY he uses or just having posts be manually reviewed like we do stops him as well
