Societies that have an immigration system that makes them stronger will do better than societies with a flawed system for migration.

If your society becomes stronger you will be able to conquer weaker societies which will be beneficial in terms of survival of reproduction.

This does not meaningfully depend on how different the genetics is between the immigrants and the native population.

Will you run out of space?
The limiting factor is mostly good-production, if you have too many people in your country then you will will have to import food to feed your population, this may come with some risks but there are strategies to manage that
0, keep food and other important items stockpiled so you will be able to survive for years if you are no longer able to import food.
1. have a strong military and make good geopolitical decisions securing trade of important goods.
2. eventually gain control over new areas allowing your citizens to spread out again.

Of course having a lot of people concentrated in the same area (such as a big city) does come with some military risk, you can try to mitigate this by having advanced defense systems but it may not actually be effective. Thus if you allow more people in the same area you might invite attacks by weapons of mass-destruction making everyone less safe. This is not however an issue of migration and it will actually be less bad in terms of inclusive fitness if the people who migrate to the city are genetically distant.

Of course factors such as housing will depend which volume of immigration you will be able to accept to your country but some immigration will be very valuable and thus worth to accept even if the price is high.

Worried about race-mixing?
Some people oppose racemixing in an misguided attempt to preserve a 'race' even though said 'race' isn't worth preserving in it's current form in the first place. Would it have been the worth the effort to preserve homo erectus in it's 500000BC form? no.

By adding new elements to the gene pool you will be able to strengthen your population more effectively by eugenics. It will allow your population to better adapt to the environment(s). This is of course assuming they have valuable genes to contribute, otherwise they will have to be useful in other ways.

Will racism be a problem?
Of course there are still evolutionary dead ends that are in favor of braindead racism even though it doesn't make economical sense, this however is a small minority and these people can be kept under control. The overwhelming majority is in favor of immigration when it's economically beneficial.

Taking their best from them
By accepting the most capable among the population of a country you will be able to significantly weaken said country making it easier to eventually conquer them.

It's very important that you as a country put effort into attracting high quality people to your society so it becomes stronger instead of some other country benefitting from them.

Do they have to share your culture?
The simple answer is no, that's not necessary. You can have different cultures sharing the same legal system. Having them understand your language is of course valuable but it's not strictly required.

By adding cultural diversity you can have cultures blending and you will hopefully end up with a new culture that is superior to any of the old cultures.

Laws and culture
The ideal set of laws does not depend much on culture.

There is hardly any need for having localized laws, things like environmental regulations does need to be different at different places but this does not depend much on culture unless you are going to let some culture destroy the environment for the same of tradition.

The school system might also have to be localized to a degree, some people might also want to learn their own language in addition to the language of the country they live in.

Of course people have different preferences regarding how laws should be but this already create a lot of conflicts within countries that have a mostly homogenous culture. Two people with wildly different cultures can also have similar views on how society should be structured.

Righwingers today in Unites States like Augusto Pinochet far more than most Chileans.

The problem is once you win and have a
Comfortable society to live in cucks sprout out like shrooms after the rain and open the gates for thig migrants.

A robosociety would be above this, mainly due to immortality.

Humans repeat historys mistakes no matter what.

Border controls & walls.
The current system in most countries is to have border controls trying to prevent immigrants to get here but once they have crossed the border they will suddenly be given perks and this incentivizes illegal immigration.

What happens with that system is that a lot of money end up in the pockets of migrant smugglers.

An alternative is to instead outright sell the right to move to and live in a country.

Even people most countries do not want can be valuable if you are willing to completely discard human rights, immigrants only becomes a burden when we care about them.

The risk of people moving to your country to commit crimes can be dealt with by having far more severe punishments for non-citizens breaking the law, this will reduce the need for having border controls since problematic people would be far less interested in entering in the first place.
