The princess breeding program

For the future of our society and humanity as a whole it's very important that suitable females have a lot of children.

So we need to identify suitable females for it but we should also think about how to sell it to the public and make it attractive to be one of the females selected for it.

Given that royal titles are already close to meaningless we may as well give the top females selected for it the title "princess" and them give them the princess threatment while they are being regularly bred. We should be able to watch them wear nice dresses as they are pregnant in public.

Of course the public doesn't need to know the details regarding how they got pregnant.

Selecting females for it
A good age for this is 13 to 17 since that is the age where females have the best fertility. Young people are also easier to influence than older people since young people have received less societal indoctrination to undo. Younger females are also physically weaker than older females making them easier to manage.

Females under 18 also tend to go to school which allows us to select the most suited females for it in a controlled school environment.

Obviously high intelligence will be important for this but there are also a lot of other factors to consider such as breast size, eye color, the natural hair color general health, etc.

The people selected to be princess will be announced public to the school. The people selected to become princess will wear special clothing and get special social status which should make the role desirable. They will also get everything they need to raise children provided for them.

Preventing females selecting for it from fleeing
It's unclear to what extent measures like that would even be needed if you already have an authoritarian government but there are various measures we could do just to keep it safe.

Of course trying to flee would be irrational since then they would just get caught and then lose all their freedoms. Still some might try to flee anyway or have some adult groom her and manage to here with them such as by secretly indoctrinating them into believing in harmful ideologies like feminism or anti-natalism in general.

We could have them wear GPS monitors making it easy to track them even if they are outside the view of all the government cameras. We could design something like a bracelet and have them wear one around each hand.

As she has more children she should become less willing to flee since if she does she probably wouldn't be able to take any child with here (fleeing herself would be hard enough).
