Its just small bits that im filling gaps where its not fully explained. there was a mention of hatred being important, which is something i agree with if we have control over it. Perhaps a level of mercilessness to enemies and the undesired is a better explanation personally, but maybe theres more to the hatred point that i'm missing?
It's not just about mercilessness towards enemies it's also about having the drive to keep pushing until you finally reach the point to exert revenge.
another one was the overlap of the consent points. one part mentioning that consent cant be taken away in the middle of sex, and another part that says its criminal to harm teenagers during sex. is this to imply that too serious of harm can be viewed as rape even if they consented prior?
A strong case can be made for not allowing people to seriously harm themselves so you should not be able to consent to having body parts be needlessly cut off for example. We shouldn't just allow people to agree to be killed because they are depressed or are emotionally devastated after a negative event. We want a society were we take care of each other.

The fact that we need eugenics does not imply that we should just let our citizens die. The fertility-rate is already below replacement for the general public so there isn't any need to decrease that even further, especially not considering all the lives that will be lost in future wars.
Protection against people being harm should also be extended to children and other valuable people under the guardianship of others. Unless the human you own as property is D5 you will not be able to just do what you want to him/her. Forcing someone you own as property to have sex with you isn't rape since you consented for him/her.
the part about avoiding business school makes a lot of sense in the scenario of working for someone else or the overspecialization done in school, however i think theres a few decent concepts that you should learn and apply independently. but i guess marketing and human resources could simply be translated as a skill of persuasion, and accounting is just applying math to money management.
Overspecialization is more of a societal problem where we end up with more and more serious points of failure due to relying more and more on 'experts' who are specialized and also have special interests.
The notion that you shouldn't question thing without having official credentials for the field is very harmful and dangerous.
This final one is very subjective, but i believe that the loss of memories in our spirit is simply from being put into a new vessel that is overridden by instincts, either way, regardless of why we lose our past memories should not change the behavior of creating a better future.
One big issue here is that we basically have to make educated guesses regarding how consciousness works and then analyze what the logical conclusion is but then you might miss some way that consciousness can work which will lead to a different conclusion.
Classical theories of consciousness does not seem to lead to conclusion that makes sense while quantum theories of consciousness can lead to sensible conclusions. Currently however all the evidence we have in favor of quantum theories of consciousness are very abstract arguments rather than empirical data.
