It could be a little booklet like this one of these pocket U.N. Charters or U.S. Constitutions: https://www.shutterstock.com/editorial/image-editorial/jack-straw-speaking-at-the-iisswaves-the-un-charter-booklet-11203-2447985a https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2015/01/history-of-the-pocket-constitution-these-miniature-versions-of-americas-founding-charter-became-popular-before-the-tea-party.html
Vintologi is a short enough document that it can fit comfortably in someone's pocket, which you want people to do, because for one thing, it might stop a bullet or a shank someday, and for another, you want them to be able to hold it up on national TV at impromptu or scripted occasions (like at a national convention) where they can use it as a prop to say, "Well I don't see anything in the Book of Vintologi about ..." or "Well the book I go by is ..." in making some point.
Or, in one-on-one private conversation, where someone is opening up about a crisis they're having, "You know, my life was a wreck too, till I discovered this" (whips out Book of Vintologi). If it's a small booklet like that, it's easier to just give to someone and get them to accept it, since they probably figure it only cost a buck to make or something. A more expensive-looking book, they might decline to take. Plus it's easy for them to just put in their pocket if they're busy with other stuff at the moment and can't be encumbered with carrying a larger book.
To make the prison edition of Vintologi, it may be necessary to take a permanent marker and cover up the nipples and crotch area of naked females in accordance with incoming publications regulations. https://www.bop.gov/policy/progstat/5266_011.pdf
