I think it is an emotional decision.
your logic may tell you, jumping to another job is a good financial decision
but it's fear of the unknown that makes you stay, and it is the anger of getting ripped off and scammed by an employer
or mistreated by coworkers that makes you actually quit.
if you go by logic you will constantly put off quitting and say to yourself, maybe in three month,
maybe after I save up more money. and 3 months become 2 years.
you may say, I should quit after I finish some education and then look for something in another field.
but you will be too exhausted to put effort in to it.
it is when you see someone paid more than you and working less, or other injustice, when you the worries
of hunger, homelessness and such are no longer a factor, and you just say , fuck this shit I'm quitting.
it is when your boss promises you a raise, that you never get while some whore that doesn't even know English gets promoted as your manager.
this raises another question :
