I had to manually change ODT settings to pry open a window of stability with regard to voltages. I did manually tune all ODT settings except CA ODT and CK ODT which i left to auto.

Later i did change some CPU settings for better stability and performance:
voltage offset at ratio 24: -0.216
voltage offset at ratio 34: -0.232
voltage offset at ratio 43: -0.135
voltage offset at ratio 51: +0.004
voltage offset at ratio 54: +0.006
voltage offset at ratio 57: +0.006
It does not seem like i currently have any CPU or RAM instability and the performance is pretty good despite the limited CPU cooling (around 180W).
