This is a typical situation that was impossible to solve prior to vintologi.
Your actions now have consequences, you have evolved to care about the future to a degree and this will also extent to what may happen to your consciousness after you have died.
So we could view humans as a just another step in the evolution, genetic engineering and artificial consciousness.
But computers are fragile and that entire system may not survive the collapse.

Also raw-computational power is king even when neural network isn't used like in brute-force tree-seach, if you just have enough power to search the entire game-tree you get an exact solution to the game.
